My personal training sessions can be held both at the comfort of your own home or the gym. The sessions in your own home are perfect for when you are busy with work/life in general that you can’t quite make time to get to and from the gym. I bring all of my equipment to you, we can either train in your house, in the garden or even meet at a local park to set up the session. If neither are suitable, I also offer personal training in a private gym studio (located in Biggleswade). The thing that people love about the gym personal training is the fact that it’s just us in the gym. The reason I started doing these sessions was because it expands what can be offered in terms of training. Using the gym then gives me the opportunity to help people with different, specific goals such as strength, muscle gain, sports specific training and intense rehab. Alongside the personal training, you also get constant nutritional help, regular body fat tests and gym plans if you were planning on training individually.

It is very simple – you book a slot online, send me your address, I turn up with my equipment and take you through an hour session which will be catered for you.
