You don’t even have to go out to take part in a workout – all you need to do is get changed and I will turn up to your house with everything you need to help you achieve your goals. Initially we will have a little consultation to run through what you want to get out of these sessions – we can then discuss how you can do that. These personal training sessions include the 1 hour session alongside unlimited nutritional guidance, and regular body fat tests (if requested) to monitor your progress. These sessions are designed completely around the individual. I have trained people with a range of different goals, including weight loss, muscle toning, improving cardiovascular endurance, weight maintenance, rehab, the list goes on. Sometimes it is hard to motivate yourself and either get in the gym, go on a run or a long walk – so instead you end up doing nothing. I am here to help, I will adjust the sessions for the individual and make them fun/enjoyable for the person taking part.
