Bespoke Personal Training At Your Gym
Bespoke personal training sessions are available with CI Fitness. I use the private gym studio, owned by the Rehab Hub sport physio therapists. During these sessions we will be in the studio alone – really emphasising the 1-1 element of training. I also find that this helps some people with the intimidation factor that you could get training in a gym full of people. If you are unsure on what you are doing in the gym or you just want to be pushed – these sessions are perfect for you. Weight training is always hard when you are on your own – this is down to techniques that you have adopted and usually people get injured from doing something slightly wrong, which can make it very dangerous. I believe that with the right technique, guidance and mind set – you can achieve anything you want in the gym, including; weight loss/fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance. To monitor your results we would do regular body fat tests using the bodystat 500. This gives a very accurate reading of your body fat percentage, body fat in kilograms, lean muscle tissue, water levels etc. I will also be on call 24/7 to your needs if you wanted to ask any questions regarding nutrition or training elsewhere (e.g. home workouts etc) – it is a very friendly, welcoming environment that I believe if we work together – we can make your goals/aspirations come true.
