These classes are great fun, and they are suitable for all fitness abilities. They are indoors in the winter, but we go outside as much as we can in the summer to take advantage of the sun. We have had a number of people who have turned up a little nervous/worried about the class – but have never looked back. I make sure that everyone feels completely welcome and comfortable before starting any class. This involves giving plenty of alternatives on everything I do so that everyone can take part without getting injured. I currently run 3 boot camp classes in different days/times/locations;
We currently have 2 options of how to sign up. Before any of this, you can come down and enjoy your first entire week for completely FREE – this gives you the opportunity to ‘try before you buy’ with no strings attached. After this you then have 2 options of signing on. Firstly, you can sign up online to a £45 membership which gives you access too all boot camp sessions (with more classes coming in the 2020). The second option is £35 for 6 sessions to use as and when you please. Everyone loves these memberships because rather than paying for something and not making the most of it – they can either pay upfront and use the sessions in whatever timeline they need, or if they are coming to 2-3 sessions per week, they can sign up online to the membership and get more for their money.
