1-2-1 Home PT Session x1


This consists of a 1-hour training session in the comfort of your own home for 1 person, individualised to your goals + abilities. This also includes regular body fat tests (if wanted) using a body stat 500, which calculates; body fat percentage/kilograms, lean muscle tissue, water levels etc – which we can use to monitor your results. I will also help you with nutrition along the way to help reach your goals.
