1-2-1 Private Studio Session x1


This consists of a 1 hour training session for 1 person held in a private gym studio. You will be the only person training in the gym, and it will involve an individualised weight training programme depending on your goals. You will also get regular body fat tests (if wanted) using a bodystat 500, which calculates; body fat percentage/kilograms, lean muscle tissue, water levels etc – which we can use to monitor your results. I will also help you with nutrition along the way to help reach your goals.
