Group Private Studio Session (Max 3 People) x1


This consists of a 1 hour training session for 3 people (maximum) held in a private gym studio. You will be the only people training in the gym, and it will involve an individualised weight training programme depending on your goals. You will also get regular body fat tests (if wanted) using a bodystat 500, which calculates; body fat percentage/kilograms, lean muscle tissue, water levels etc – which we can use to monitor your results. I will also help you both with nutrition along the way to help reach your goals.
