Personal Training

With personal training you have 2 options. I either travel to your own home with all of my equipment and we train there (or in a local park). However, I also work from a private gym studio based in Biggleswade, which links with the well-known sports physio therapy business, the Rehab Hub. All of the personal training sessions consist of a 1 hour– this also includes nutritional advice alongside the physical aspect. We will use regular body fat tests using a bodystat 500.

Fitness Boot Camps

I currently run 3 boot camp sessions in multiple locations. Boot camp lasts for 1 hour which is fun, high intensity workout. They are made to improve your cardiovascular & muscular endurance, burn fat, build strength and tone up. They are suitable for anyone of any fitness ability/level as there are plenty of alternatives for anything you are unable to do or struggle with. The first session at each location is completely free for you to come down and give it a try.

Bedfordshire Personal Training & Fitness group sessions.

As mentioned before with personal training, I either travel to your own home and train there. Alternatively, I work from a private gym studio that is at Biggleswade town club. The great thing about using the private gym studio that you don’t get anywhere else, is the fact that you will be the only person in the gym, allowing maximum attention and training time. I find that this eliminates any factor of intimidation or distraction that some people can usually find when training in the gym. My boot camp sessions are currently held at Great Barford village hall, Mapletree primary school, Sandy and Stratton leisure centre, Biggleswade. The atmosphere is fantastic at these and I’m truly blessed with a brilliant group of people at each class – everyone is friendly, fun and so welcoming to new people. There are different payment options for boot camp which people really enjoy, you can choose which one suits you best and which one you would be able to make the most of. I also run 5 Over 60’s keep fit classes that are held in different locations; Roxton village hall, Potton club, Langford village hall, Great Barford village hall and Biggleswade social club. These classes include gentle, non-impact exercises that help with improving your muscle strength/stability. This will help massively with improving any general joint pain (most commonly arthritis).
